Shipping policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This policy explains where Tuti Boutique ships, how delivery estimates work, and what to do if a shipment has a problem.

Shipping destinations

We ship within the United States and to international destinations available in the country selector and at checkout. A destination shown on the storefront may still be unavailable for a particular product or carrier. We will contact you and refund the affected item if we cannot ship it to the submitted address.

Delivery estimate

Estimated total delivery time is 3–15 business days from the date an order is placed. This estimate includes order processing and carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs review, severe weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, peak periods, and address problems can cause delays outside our control. Any more specific estimate shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation applies to that shipment.

Shipping rates and promotions

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Free-shipping promotions apply only when the stated threshold and destination requirements are met. Shipping charges are not refundable after successful delivery except where required by law or when the shipment resulted from our error.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address or phone number supplied with the order. Tracking can take up to 48 hours after the shipping confirmation to show movement.

Addresses and order changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Submit cancellation or address-change requests within 15 minutes after placing the order by emailing support@tutiboutique.com. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment where permitted by law.

International duties and taxes

Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges imposed by the destination country. Customs authorities may request identification or other information directly from the recipient. Refusing a shipment does not automatically qualify it for a full refund; any non-refundable duties, shipping charges, or carrier return fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, the order is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. Check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and any carrier notice first. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by this policy and applicable law.
